We don't allow cancellations but we do allow rescheduling sessions, that too within an acceptable time span. Urgent requests for rescheduling are counted as a lost slot and you will be needed to book a session again. Any request to reschedule before 24 hours of the session will be accepted.
Just once, any request to reschedule after you have already rescheduled the session will not be entertained.
